Cancellation Policy & Terms:
If we
are unable to confirm your booking, you will receive a full refund. For
cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance (72 hours for select
activities or groups of 6-7 guests), a full refund will be issued and no
service fee will be charged. For parties of 8 or more, at least seven
days' notice is required. In the event of a cancellation by the activity
provider due to weather, mechanical problems, or other unforeseen
circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full
refund. It is your responsibility to review your voucher carefully and
contact Hawaii Discount at 866-482-9775 if any information is incorrect
or if you wish to request changes.
Change requests outside the cancellation period will be accommodated whenever possible, though approval within the cancellation window is at the discretion of the individual activity vendor. By submitting your booking, you agree that Hawaii Discount may contact you by phone or email regarding any updates or changes to your tour or activity.
